To whom much is given, much will be required (Luke 12:48). In today’s episode, Shawn and Joni discuss their family’s immense emotional experience while on a recent mission trip to Ensenada, Mexico. Shawn, Joni, and their children Mila and Lucas teamed up with volunteers from Homes of Hope and Youth With A Mission (YWAM) to build homes for two deserving single mothers and their young children. They talk about how their deep feelings of appreciation helped fuel their desire to give back and discuss their children’s meaningful life lessons gleaned from unique opportunity.
